You are looking at a set of etched stainless steel detail parts by KV Models for the HO scale Atlas Classic RS11.  The set includes aftercooler piping, aftercooler screen, side intake screens, exhaust stack screen, handbrake wheel and lift rings.  More details and instructions are available at KVModels.com.
