    Kadee  Couplers are the gold standard in HO model railroading.  With durable all-metal construction and their patented Magne-Matic uncoupling with delay feature, they are the brand that model modelers trust.
    This #145 is a specialty variety.  With a short-length over-set "standard" head, and common shank with 3/32" hole, it fits standard HO coupler boxes in locations where the mount is set TOO HIGH
    .  This coupler hangs lower in the pocket, correcting for the high mount.
    A 140-series package contains FOUR couplers (two pair) with integral metal "whisker" centering springs and four of the new-style snap-together plastic "draft gear" mounting boxes, which can be used to convert rolling stock that has other types of mounting.
